These bigger sets came out of nowhere for a small-medium forecasted swell on the east coast.

Great start to March, with swell finally making its way up to the NxNE.

Trip East

3/11/11 - 3/12/11 Marked a great change in our collection of footage and the amount of, or lack of surfing the past month produced. Like said in recent posts, most of us have surfed more days these past two weeks then we have in the past month. I can count 6 days of surfing in the last ten days. Tons of footage to sort through and some great sessions to remember. Keep a look out for some liveliness on this blog, because we have a lot of work to put in to show everyone what we have been up to. Enjoy!

March Madness!!!

Let the March madness begin!! We have had more sessions in the the past week then we did in all of February. Had this little wave this morning to myself for about an hour and boyyyy was it fun. Looks like the boys up on the north shore scored as well. We will be on the road heading as far east as mass extends in search of some hollow waves in the AM. On The Way for Weekend

Well check these fins out. These are the latest fins that were designed by future. Surfed them on the last swell for a while and wow these things are crazy. I thought there would not be that big of difference maybe just a little more drag and not as loose as a traditional fin. The fins were incredibly fast in the flat sections of the waves and in turns was super loose but did not have as much spring out of the turn as a normal fin setup. After the morning session I switched back to the old fins and there was a major difference. Overall I think that the fins would be really good in mushy medium to small waves that speed is needed in the flat sections to attack the lip. Looks like there is a swell coming in the am.
